HW Capital is a real estate investment and asset management company based in France. It was founded by Cyrille Phan in September 2020 during the Covid-19 health crisis, in a changing and complex context offering new investment issues and opportunities.

HW Capital has developed a strategy, methodology and process to successfully address these new real estate and financial challenges. With expertise gained from working with some of the biggest names in the real estate industry, the HW Capital team can cover most of the risk curve. It also benefits from an empirical knowledge of the main asset classes and of the evolution of practices and markets.
