HW Capital is a real estate investment and asset management company based in France. It was founded by Cyrille Phan in September 2020 during the Covid-19 health crisis, in a changing and complex context offering new investment issues and opportunities.

HW Capital has developed a strategy, methodology and process to successfully address these new real estate and financial challenges. With expertise gained from working with some of the biggest names in the real estate industry, the HW Capital team can cover most of the risk curve. It also benefits from an empirical knowledge of the main asset classes and of the evolution of practices and markets.

● An approach focused on the search for essentially off-market deals covering all risk profiles (Core Core+, Value-add and Opportunistic):

   • In-depth audit of the assets and the market validating the investment opportunity.

    • Definition of a strategy and corresponding business plan to determine the risk/return trade-off

● Legal and tax structuring tailored to the specific needs of each investor including debt origination and implementation

● Strategy and operational processes defined at the time of acquisition by taking into account ESG issues and changes in use.

● Setting up and steering multidisciplinary teams (outsourced whenever necessary and/or useful) per project.

● Proactive lease/tenant management to maximise income.

PHAN

FOUNDING PARTNER

12 years' experience in European real estate markets (France, UK, Germany and Spain) in a variety of positions throughout the investment lifecycle: origination, transaction execution, asset management through to divestment. Pan-European transactions at Brookfield Asset Management and Colony Capital in London, asset management at STAM Europe, GreenOak and Alantra in Paris and London.

Cyrille est titulaire d’un MSc en économie et finance de l’immobilier de l’université de Paris Nanterre et d’un MSc de la Montpellier Business School.

MéLANIE
ACHARD

ASSOCIÉE

10 ans d’expérience sur les marchés immobiliers européens (France, Allemagne, Belgique et Italie) en gestion de portefeuille, financement et restructuration de dettes et en fund management. Gestion de fonds d’optimisation fiscale pendant 5 ans et création de startups dans le numérique pendant 3 ans. Gestion de portefeuilles et fonds au sein du groupe Goldman Sachs (Archon) et Stam Europe à Paris. Optimisation fiscale dans le Tax Shelter chez Ufund à Bruxelles.

Mélanie est diplômée de l’ESSEC et de Sciences Po Bordeaux.

Après 2 ans d’expérience en tant qu’experte immobilier chez BNP Paribas REIM, Lucie a rejoint HWC en mai 2022. 

Lucie est titulaire d’un MSc de Manager des actifs immobiliers de Sciences U- Campus Lyon.

Après 18 mois d’expérience en Venture Capital dans le secteur de la proptech, Julie a rejoint HWC en janvier 2023. 

Julie est titulaire d’un MSc de corporate finance de Neoma Business School.

Il a dirigé plusieurs sociétés d’asset management : Constructa AM, Locare (Gecina),
La Française REM, Stam Europe, Alantra, Patrizia…

Étienne est diplômé de Sciences Po Paris.
